In the beginning there was fire: everyone Wrought iron furniture is formed by hand and then prepared, galvanized and powder-coated for outdoor use using a high-tech process. Furniture that lasts for generations
No material is as easy to recycle as wrought iron: forged iron had a recycling cycle before the word recycling was even invented. It can be melted down and reprocessed again and again – without any loss of quality. Producing steel from scrap iron requires only a quarter of the energy that would be required to produce it from ore. This makes the material an ideal, sustainable material for our furniture. Produced for almost 70 years MBM furniture made of wrought iron. Most of them are probably still in use.
